The role involves:

• greeting patients
• managing bookings
• phone/email communication
• handling payments
• practitioner support
• maintaining clinic flow
• light cleaning/resetting spaces
• social media/admin support (if applicable)
• stock/supplement management
• creating a calm welcoming atmosphere

You will need:

• previous reception/admin experience preferred
• experience in healthcare/wellness advantageous
• confidence with booking software
• basic computer literacy

Part-time or casual structures available

The daily responsibilities include managing the front desk, booking patients and calendar management, answering e-mails and phone calls, taking payments and health fund with complete accuracy, follow procedures, scheduling appointments, recalling patients, welcoming patients and managing day to day operations of the clinic.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask under pressure without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
$30-$35 + Super. Must be available for early morning/late.
